ICC MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
ICC Membership - Policies and Benefits:
ICC is a 501(c)3 not for profit entity with mission is to Unite, Serve and Celebrate Indian heritage and Culture. Our programs and facilities are open to the public without regard to their race, religion, or culture. However certain activities hosted by ICC require one to be a member or pay the required fees to participate in these programs.
Benefits of Membership:
Certain programs offered by ICC require one to become a Member. All of ICC’s Senior programs, Sports & Recreational Center (Table Tennis Center in Milpitas) as well as our Fitness Classes and access to the gym (Milpitas only) require one to become a Member or obtain a day pass. To become a Member of ICC, a Membership form must be completed (link to form)
Types of Memberships:
Currently the following types of memberships are being offered for either an annual or monthly basis for Seniors, Adults and Youth:
A) Social Membership – Access to all programs except Table Tennis, Fitness Classes and Gym
B) Membership at Sports & Recreational Center
C) Fitness Classes & Gym Membership
Once enrolled, Membership cards are issued which cannot be shared with a non-member and must be presented when arriving at ICC Facilities or attending any of our classes. If a Membership card is lost, a replacement card can be issued at a fee of $10. ICC reserves the right to accept or deny enrollment of a Member without cause or providing a reason. Once enrolled, Membership dues are automatically charged at renewal dates unless a written notice has been received in advance (see below).

Cancellation Policies:
Monthly and Annual Membership dues are automatically charged at renewal dates unless prior notice in writing which is dated at least two weeks BEFORE next renewal date has been sent to membership@indiacc.org.
Once paid, Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the remaining unexpired period.
Membership for any ICC Programs is non transferrable and next renewal date cannot be placed on hold or extended for any reason.
