LEGAL CLINIC
Volunteer Attorneys with the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) of Northern California offer a free 20-minute legal consultation to the public mostly on every 4th Sunday of the month, depending on the availability of volunteer lawyers, from 10 am -12 pm at ICC, Milpitas.

Please call on the day of the clinic to confirm as this is a volunteer run clinic and sometimes there are no attorneys available.
Attorneys of all backgrounds provide basic legal information during the consultations. The legal clinics are part of the “Lawyers in the Library” program and help guide participants in the right direction to find answers to their legal questions. The attorneys mainly help with resources and basic guidance, not an actual representation.
